Consulting Philosophy

My background as an internal and external organizational development consultant has taught me that there are no one size fits all solutions because every person and organization is unique. My consulting practice meets you where you are and each solution is built collaboratively around your individual and organization’s needs.  As an experienced process facilitator, I work with clients to discover and understand your goals, so we can work together to determine how best to reach your objectives. Sometimes that is serving as a consultant and providing subject matter expertise, providing facilitation for groups and teams to achieve a specific goal, or conducting workshops to increase knowledge and skills.  In the consulting, facilitation or learning process, a variety of different tools and assessments are available to meet the unique needs of each client.  To learn more go to Tools and Assessments.

Consulting

Consulting services are available for organizations seeking expertise in re-imagining their performance management process and talent management and development strategy.  The consulting services may also include a comprehensive needs assessment, focus groups, and/or survey design, implementation, and analysis.

Facilitation

Facilitation services are available for organizations that desire an outside facilitator to guide and manage the process for strategic planning, organizational change initiatives, team building and development, strategy development, organization retreats, and process re-engineering efforts.

Learning

Workshops focused on increasing knowledge and skills will provide participants with an interactive and supportive environment to learn, practice and grow.  The workshops are available in half-day, full-day, and multiple day options.  The workshops are also customizable for specific client needs.  For a list of workshops please go to Workshops.
